with Us
Our partnerships are built on shared priorities and values that contribute to our goal of building thriving society for all.
The Mental Wellness Initiative works collaboratively, with a network of aligned and complimentary organisations and partners to craft and deliver mental wellness intervention at both depth and scale throughout South Africa. Our partnerships with corporate South Africa, international development foundations, networks, individuals, and civil society organisations ensure that we able to share our perspectives widely on the importance of trauma-informed approaches and wellness being infused in everything we do as society.
In additional to critical financial support received from our partners, MWI, as a network organisation, recognises that the work is too big for one entity to tackle alone. We partner with a diverse collective of mental wellness practitioners and other enabling stakeholders. The aim is to build a network in order to (deliver- take out and use) test pilot projects, to scale existing, impactful projects with mental wellness at their core, into priority development projects focusing on issues such as Sexual and Gender based Violence, education, emergency responses, leadership development and work with front liner workers.
Our partnerships are built on shared priorities and values that contribute to our goal of building a thriving society for all. Work with us, to develop solutions together that are impactful, meaningful and trauma informed.
